All products sold by Artisan's Village Collection — including handwoven Aso Oke fabrics, Batik fabrics, jewellery, bags, hats, sandals, corsets, pottery, and original artworks — are handcrafted by skilled artisans. As such, slight variations in colour, texture, pattern, and finish are inherent to the nature of handmade goods and are not considered defects.

Product images are as accurate as possible, but colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and the handcrafted nature of each item.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Orders are charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Payment must be made in full before an order is processed and dispatched.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship internationally. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Artisan's Village Collection is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other factors outside our control. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the handcrafted and bespoke nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or significantly different from its description. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess each case individually and offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.
