Processing Time All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched from Lagos, Nigeria. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment.
Domestic Shipping (Nigeria) Orders within Nigeria are typically delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location.
International Shipping We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination:
- UK & Europe: 7–14 business days
- USA & Canada: 10–21 business days
- Australia & Rest of World: 14–28 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes Artisan's Village Collection ships on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis for all international orders. This means:
- The purchase price and shipping fee do not include customs duties, import taxes, or any fees charged by your country's customs authority.
- Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are due upon delivery.
- We are unable to predict or control the customs fees charged by your country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate before placing your order.
- Refusal to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned or abandoned. In such cases, we are unable to issue a refund for the original order.
Tracking A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
