Refund policy

Custom & made-to-measure items: All custom and made-to-measure pieces (garments sewn to your measurements) are final sale. Each piece is made specifically for you and cannot be resold. Please double-check your measurements before ordering — if you're unsure, message us on WhatsApp at 07070977034 and we'll help. Ready-made items: Jewelry, art, fabrics, and ready-to-wear pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in their original condition. Contact us first at oluolaavc@gmail.com or WhatsApp 07070977034 for return instructions. Damaged or wrong items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping. Return shipping: Return shipping is paid by the buyer (we ship within Nigeria via GIG Logistics). Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 business days of us receiving the returned item. Custom weave-from-scratch orders: Orders for fabric woven from scratch are final sale once weaving has begun (weaving takes approximately 2 weeks).
