About us: Artisan's Village Collection is a Nigerian handmade goods brand based in Oyo, Oyo State, Nigeria. Every piece is made by hand by our artisans and tailors — slight variations from product photos are part of the handmade character, not defects. Pricing: All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN). Prices may change at any time; the price at the time you place your order applies. Made-to-measure orders: Provide accurate measurements. We are not responsible for fit issues caused by incorrect measurements you supply. Production times: tailoring typically takes 7–14 business days; custom weave-from-scratch fabric takes approximately 2 weeks. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Custom and made-to-measure items are final sale (see our Refund Policy). Shipping: Nigeria — orders ship via GIG Logistics. Shipping costs are confirmed with you and collected before dispatch. US/international batch shipping — launching soon. Details will be published on our shipping page when available. Payments: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Intellectual property: All content on this site — photos, videos, the AVC mascot, logos, and text — belongs to Artisan's Village Collection and may not be copied or reused without permission. Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
